Using Tempo Charm
Tempo Charm gives a random monster permanent +4% Cooldown Speed at battle start. You cannot direct each grant to a chosen caster.
When it fits
A team with several units that use speed well can take advantage of more possible recipients, especially with several battles ahead.
How to use it
Inspect who receives each gain before adjusting your timing plan. Keep an essential opening cast independent of a random future reward.
Example
If the chosen unit has a 5-second base cooldown and no other speed effects, one gain gives 5 ÷ 1.04, about 4.81 seconds.
What you give up
The grant waits for battle start and may land on a less useful unit. A positional speed gift is easier to use when one specific caster must act sooner.
