Mechanics hub // sourced baseline

Understand the rule before using the number.

This hub separates observed behavior, community-derived formulas, official assets, and editorial interpretation. It will grow as reproducible evidence becomes available.

Community-derived

Cooldown Speed

The calculator applies Cooldown Speed as a divisor and enforces a 0.1-second floor. The imported dataset came from static analysis of a community tool; its game build is unknown.

max(0.1, base ÷ max(0.1, 1 + speed bonus))

Dataset behavior

Levels & Shiny rules

Some cataloged cooldown entries define level-specific or Shiny-specific overrides. When no special override exists, the calculator uses the normal rule. This is not a claim that every Batomon scales in the same way.

Community-observed

Multicast queue

Modding discussion describes a 0.1-second multicast queue. Treat this as a useful observation, not an official universal specification, until it can be reproduced against a known build.

Editorial rule

Version awareness

A value without a source and game version is a lead, not a fact. BatoForge may publish candidate data, but it must remain visibly labeled so later corrections do not erase how the claim entered the project.

Confidence labels

Official-publishedDirectly present in official release notes, Press Kit assets, or another first-party publication.
Client-observedReproducibly measured from a named game build or captured client state.
Community-derivedExtracted, calculated, or reported by community tooling and kept with its source limitations.
EditorialBatoForge interpretation, recommendation, or taxonomy rather than a game fact.
