Using Speed Crest
Speed Crest gives the two right-column monsters +15% Cooldown Speed. Placement lets you direct it toward useful current casters.
When it fits
Two key attackers or supports that can work from the right column give it full coverage.
How to use it
Place the recipients, then recheck neighbors and above-or-below targets. Compare their cooldowns to see which skills gain useful earlier casts.
Example
A right-column unit with a 6-second base cooldown and no other speed effects reaches 6 ÷ 1.15, about 5.22 seconds. A center-column unit is unaffected.
What you give up
The two positions cannot cover every caster. Fixed directional support may force a key unit elsewhere, leaving part of the bonus on a less useful ability.
