Using Silver Watch
Silver Watch gives +12% Cooldown Speed to a monster that levels up through a merge. The completed merge is the trigger.
When it fits
It suits upcoming merges of retained casters, while their needed duplicates are still within budget.
How to use it
Check the merge recipe and next realistic completion. Prioritize a useful upgraded ability and keep the resulting unit's position requirements intact.
Example
If a merged unit has a 6-second base cooldown and no other speed effects, 6 ÷ 1.12 gives about 5.36 seconds, separately from its upgraded skill values.
What you give up
Unfinished duplicates use resources without triggering the watch. An ordinary purchase or a level gained outside a merge does not meet this trigger.
