Using Quick Flag
Quick Flag gives the two left-column monsters +4% Cooldown Speed. Momentum Flag uses those positions for permanent growth instead.
When it fits
One or two important casters that can stay in the left column give the flag useful coverage.
How to use it
Compare the available recipients and their cooldowns. Recheck directional targets after moving them; a healer or shield generator may need the speed more than an attacker.
Example
An 8-second base cooldown with no other speed effects becomes 8 ÷ 1.04, about 7.69 seconds. Losing a required right-hand ally could outweigh that gain.
What you give up
The bonus is small and covers two positions. A formation with fixed left-column support may leave stronger casters elsewhere unable to benefit.
