Rarity and availability
BatoForge strategy notes
Using Market License
Market License advances shop rank by one. It can open the next stage of shop progression earlier for a planned upgrade.
When it fits
It is useful when the next rank adds targets your team needs and you have money to buy them. Finish urgent low-rank purchases first.
How to use it
Identify the roles or copies you want to find at the next rank. Gift rarity still follows the levelling monster's rarity, so shop rank alone does not raise every merge gift.
Example
If a needed support becomes available one shop rank later, the increase lets you start searching sooner. You still need an offer and enough gold to buy it.
What you give up
Rank progression does not immediately strengthen the board. A missing Common copy or urgent survival bonus may help more before the next battle.
