Using Fake Diamond
Fake Diamond pays $40 after your next lost battle. It can fund a recovery shop when you have lives left to continue.
When it fits
It is useful when a possible loss would leave time to buy specific upgrades afterward. A last-life battle needs help before the result.
How to use it
Keep the strongest formation you can field. If the loss happens, spend the payout on missing copies, a weak slot or needed support.
Example
After a loss that leaves the run alive, $40 can cover two $15 purchases and leave $10, if those offers appear. Plan what the money would repair before choosing it.
What you give up
The payout happens only on the next loss. Deliberately losing spends a life for cash and may leave the run worse off.
