Using Wood Sword
Wood Sword gives your monsters +5 Damage without type or position requirements. Low starting values receive the largest relative increase.
When it fits
Several current direct-Damage units can use the immediate bonus while a shop or merge reward would need more time.
How to use it
Compare each attacker's base value, cast frequency, and ability conditions. A percentage bonus may add more when the main attacker already has high Damage.
Example
A 10-Damage skill reaches 15, a 50% stat increase. A 100-Damage skill reaches 105, a 5% increase, before other modifiers.
What you give up
The flat gain is small. If one attacker supplies most of your offense, a stronger targeted bonus may add more than covering the whole team.
