Piggy Bank pays $1 for every complete $10 held at the end of a day. Spending below a threshold reduces that payout.
When it fits
A stable team with spare gold can earn several payouts, especially when the bank arrives early in the run.
How to use it
Plan around complete $10 steps after essential purchases. Use the balance you will actually keep at day end; future interest cannot pay for the current shop.
Example
Ending with $29 earns $2, while $30 earns $3. Keeping the extra dollar earns one more dollar only if you can pass up the purchase it would fund.
What you give up
A necessary upgrade can be worth more than another interest step. Save what remains after protecting the current run.
