Using Link Cable
Link Cable makes all allied monsters count as adjacent to each other. Abilities that target adjacent allies can reach across the board.
When it fits
It helps when important adjacency abilities cannot reach every useful recipient. Left, right, above and below remain separate positional rules.
How to use it
Check which abilities say adjacent and keep their other type, level and target restrictions. Use the freed physical positions for Crowns or directional support.
Example
If a support affects adjacent Water allies, a Water monster across the board can qualify with Link Cable. A non-Water monster still fails the type condition.
What you give up
A team without useful adjacency abilities gains little. The Trinket changes adjacency, while the rest of each ability's conditions still apply.
