BatoForge strategy notes
Using Chemist
Chemist gives Toxic Batomon +3 Poison, growing by +1 whenever any monster levels up. Non-Toxic merges can feed that growth, so the whole team’s upgrade path matters.
When it fits
Start with Toxic abilities you want to keep and duplicates you can reasonably finish. A team buying mostly isolated high-rarity units will have fewer chances to grow the bonus.
How to use it
Count completed level-ups when planning the next increase. Prioritize duplicates that strengthen the board as well as adding Poison, then check how each Toxic recipient’s ability uses that stat.
Example
After three level-ups, the Trainer bonus would be 3 + 3 × 1 = +6 Poison. A non-Toxic unit can supply one of those level-ups; three unmerged purchases supply none.
What you give up
Buying a weak duplicate just for +1 Poison can delay a more urgent upgrade. The more useful Toxic recipients you retain, the easier it is for a sensible merge to benefit the whole plan.
