Using Chef
Chef adds Fire typing to single-typed Batomon and gives your Fire units +2 Burn. That opens the bonus to some units outside the usual Fire list, alongside those that already have Fire typing.
When it fits
Look for single-typed units with Burn abilities or useful existing Fire recipients. Dual-typed non-Fire units receive no Fire conversion from Chef, so a team built around them has fewer recipients.
How to use it
Check each recruit’s current types and Burn-related ability. Arrange the required supports, then check the type display again after changing a form or replacing a teammate.
Example
A single-typed non-Fire unit would gain Fire and qualify for the bonus. An existing Fire unit already qualifies; a dual-typed non-Fire unit stays outside this conversion rule.
What you give up
Chef supplies an immediate +2, while Redhead grows retained Fire units through victories. Compare the early benefit with your likely recipients and how long you intend to keep them.
