Using Topaz Ring
Topaz Ring gives shop monsters +10% Shield. It improves future recruits that generate Shield.
When it fits
Useful shield generators or their duplicates still on your shopping list make suitable recipients.
How to use it
Compare each recruit's Shield, trigger, and cooldown. Make sure the replacement fills a needed role without sacrificing too much damage.
Example
A shop unit with 300 Shield reaches 330 before other modifiers. A current unit with smaller, earlier grants may still protect the team at a more useful time.
What you give up
The ring requires more purchases and leaves current units unchanged. Budget and formation space limit its use; check Shield values after merging a new recruit.
