BatoForge strategy notes
Using Research Notes
Research Notes makes Legendary monsters much more likely to appear in the shop. There is no stated numeric rate or fixed wait.
When it fits
Several useful Legendary targets and gold for both shops and purchases make the search more flexible.
How to use it
Name acceptable recruits before spending. Check shop rank, reserve money for essential current upgrades, and set a limit on the search.
Example
If either of two Legendary supports can replace your filler, more offers are useful than when only one exact species fits the plan.
What you give up
The notes help future recruitment. A direct combat benefit may be more useful when the next battle is urgent or your remaining gold cannot fund a recruit.
