Using Treasure Hunter
Treasure Hunter raises Trinket gift choices by one rarity tier. It makes each completed merge’s gift a chance at a higher-tier effect, while leaving the need to earn that gift in place.
When it fits
It fits a team with useful level-ups ahead and several desirable higher-tier rewards. A board nearly finished with merging has fewer chances to use the bonus.
How to use it
Plan the next merge from the Batomon’s own rarity and inspect the resulting gift. Prefer upgrades that help the team immediately as well as earning a reward, then choose an effect your current formation can use.
Example
A gift that would offer Uncommon choices would instead offer Rare choices. You would still compare the available Rare effects against your core and economy.
What you give up
Chasing a merge solely for its gift can drain the budget. Raising the tier may also move you away from a specific low-rarity target; compare that loss of access with the higher-tier options you want.
